Linksys has just released firmware version 5.1.12 which targets a possible corruption issue with the SPA2102. The upgrade is “recommended” by Linksys.

To download, go to Linksys.com and click “Technical Support” across the top nav bar. Then, “Choose a Product” and in the category “Voice over IP (VoIP)” make sure to select “VoIP Routers” from the dropdown menu. Find the pic closest resembling your SPA2102 and you should find it by name in the dropdown menu.
