Upgrade Insurance

TThe 3CX Upgrade insurance package entitles you to free updates of 3CX Phone System for one year. This includes patches as well as new versions (eg. 8 to 9). Without the upgrade insurance package you are only entitled to software updates for a period of 30 days from activation of the software. You can purchase an upgrade insurance package within 30 days of activation of the main license. If you do not purchase an upgrade insurance package and wish to upgrade to the latest version once a new version is released, you will have to buy a version upgrade at 60% of the full version price.

Version & Edition Upgrades

Upgrades to the latest version of the 3CX software (for customers without a current upgrade insurance plan) and from one edition to another (such as Small Business Edition to Pro) are available.

Calls & Extensions

All 3CX versions support an unlimited number of extensions. The number of simultaneous calls allowed is limited by the edition you choose below.
