When using Cisco Unified IP Phone Expansion Modules, replacement of the standard Cisco Unified IP Phone footstand is required. The standard footstand is replaced with a two-piece footstand specifically designed to support the Cisco Unified IP Phone Expansion Module 791X. Two footstands are available: a single footstand where one Cisco Unified IP Phone Expansion Module 791X is used and a double footstand (this product) where two Cisco Unified IP Phone Expansion Modules 791X are used on a single Cisco Unified IP Phones 7960G, 7961G, 7970G or 7971G-GE.
The only tool required for installation of the Cisco Unified IP Phone Expansion Module 791X is a flat blade screwdriver or other appropriate tool to unlatch the pins securing the footstand to the Cisco Unified IP Phones 7960G, 7961G, 7970G or 7971G-GE.
This footstand is suitable for all current Cisco expansion modules, and allows two expansion modules to be connected. It does not include a power supply.
