Digium T1/E1 Timing Cable

The timing cable allows up to four TE2/4XXP cards to share the same sync (timing) source from the T1/E1 provider, or provide a consistent sync source across multiple cards. The feature is useful for data and fax modes and some voice applications to prevent corruption due to timing slips on the second, third or fourth TE2/4XXP card.

Note: Compatible only with cards loaded with 2nd generation firmware or later. Compatible with four (4) span cards. Compatible with two (2) span cards that have the timing cable connector.
