This rack mountable telco patch panel / breakout panel converts two 25 pair (50 pin) connectorized Amphenol (RJ-21) cable in to 48 modular 6P4C RJ-11 jacks.

Handy Tip: The most common type of patch panel used for analog telephone connections is one with 6P2C RJ-11 jacks, such as the ICC ICMPP048T2. Proprietary PBXs often use 4 conductors (6P4C), and this product is designed for those applications. If you are unsure of your requirements, please contact us and we'd be happy to help!
Important Note: The 48 port patch panel requires four amphenol cables. Please ensure you order two cables to connect both sets of 24 ports.
