The KIRK Codec Module is a building block of the Polycom KIRK Wireless Server 6000 system. It installs into the KIRK Media Resource, reducing its maximum voice channel count to 24 but adding support for G.729 codecs. A maximum of 32 KIRK Media Resources per system are support.
