We pair our experts with expert service partners in your local area to make sure your PBX deployment goes smoothly.

Pre-Sales Network Evaluations are Free

Some companies charge exorbitant prices for their Network Design services. Telephonyware provides free network evaluations as part of our service. Telephonyware's PBX product line is straightforward, and so is our process. Our pre-sales team brings you into the process with concise questionnaires and documentation that lay people can both understand and contribute to. After the sale is complete, your network evaluations are used to produce design documents that are delivered with your system.

Complete Service Offerings

We offer three categories of service: On-Site, Off-Site, and Engineering service.

Off-Site service is the most practical, cost-effective service for on-going PBX support. For many customers, it's the only support they need. Telephonyware includes easy-to-understand off-site service with every PBX we sell. When you buy a PBX from Telephonyware, you get it configured and supported including configuration of any phones you purchase with it. In addition to the service included with our PBX systems, we recommend the following support packages and upgrades for our PBX customers, based on the size of the PBX system:

On-Site service is sometimes required for installation, training, and emergency support services. On-Site service is available by appointment in most parts of the world. Please call for rates in your area. If a knowledgeable expert is not available in your area, travel expenses may apply.

Engineering service is available by appointment at $150.00 per hour. Engineering services are generally used to modify Open Source Telephony application software to perform unique functions that are specific to your business. This service is commonly used for specialized integration of Asterisk with existing business systems, or for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application development.
