Our Shipping Policy
Purchasing items from us is designed to be easy. We want your shipment to reach
you as quickly as possible, and with the minimum amount of fuss.
When you order online, you will generally be given a choice of one or more FedEx
delivery options, and if your delivery address is outside North America, you will
also be given the option of USPS Express Mail or Priority Mail. When you select one of these options, we
will endeavour to ship by your chosen means, but in some cases we may ship via a
different carrier in the interest of getting your products as quickly as possible.
If we do ship by an alternate carrier, it will be of equivalent speed and have
equivalent tracking capabilities, otherwise we will refund a portion of your
shipping charge at our discretion.
There are some situations where shipping goes wrong, and this policy is designed
to cover any problems that occur, and explain your obligations and ours.
If you:
- refuse a shipment sent to you without our approval; or
- give us an incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete shipping address; or
- otherwise give or fail to give information that results in the shipment being
undeliverable
We will charge you for the return shipping, and treat the order as a return,
subject to our return policy.
You agree to pay all taxes, duties, levies or any other charges levied against
the shipment. You agree that we may charge any credit card on file for any unpaid
duties, taxes, address correction fees or return shipping fees which are billed to us.
When you place an order via our website, we attempt to automatically calculate the postage
payable on the item(s) you order to your shipping address. Whilst we use our best efforts in
doing so, sometimes our system will be unable to calculate a fee, or calculate an incorrect
amount. If this occurs, we will contact you before shipment to discuss the correct price.
In all cases above, if the shipment is to an international delivery address which
is unable to be delivered or refused, and the value of the goods is less than $USD500.00
or the cost of return shipping exceeds the value of the goods, we may, at our sole
discretion, instruct our carrier to treat them as abandoned. If we do this, you
agree to not hold us liable for the goods in question, or for any refund. We will
not do this without attempting to contact you several times.
